Review: This is a great night that Larry has provided, with some of his favorite shows as Theodore Roosevelt (Williams), Attila the Hun (Gallagher), the Tyrannosaurus skeleton Rexy And of course, Dexter Capuchin, ready to put on a dazzling show for spectacular evening - the reopening of the museum.
Present with many distinguished guests, including the museum curator Dr. McPhee (Gervais), also introduced a new character, laaa Neanderthal (Stiller in a dual role) Larry thinks is his "father" when he sees the first times. On the evening of the event, all goes as planned, for a while, but strange things happen suddenly, with the tablet Ahkmenrah (stored in your own room) power.

The exhibits are temporarily insane and guests of the road. Soon after, Larry urges sad exhibitions gangs, he did not quite understand what came over them. Thinking it was the influence of the tablet, Larry teaches the history of this mysterious artifact. Tablet (which became a symbol of protection) decreases apparently magical and if it continues, will any shooting had become and it's game over for everyone.
So Larry, with his comrade screen, including the size hilarious mini duo Jedediah (Wilson) and Octavius (Coogan), director of the British Museum, where they feed the tablet and mystery. This pretty fun comedy for children is full of little asides and funny conversations to go to the test. And of particular interest is the mobile performance Robin Williams, tinted with the kind of game and pathos that only he could reach. Looks nice for the holidays.

Summary: Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) heads to London to revitalize the magic of the life-giving tablet.

Review: Before the critics of “The Hobbit”: The Battle of Five Armies, Armies, will hold a two-minute silence of Middle-earth and still is absurd herd charming characters who will probably never see again. Unless the director decided chronic film (trilogy) days of youth Gandalf The Grey idea that, frankly, seems even more absurd that the conversion of one novel in three Hobbit movies.

Battle of Five Armies is presented as the decisive chapter in the trilogy of The Hobbit, a chapter that tie all loose ends and stay son that were established in previous films and act as a real prelude to the Lord of the Rings. Thus, these responsibilities that do a good job to do. All characters reach their conclusions, which, of course, and a little forced, and all the subframes are adequately addressed. But the concern is that the film never more successful than the sum of its parts. To this is added, is in the uncomfortable position of each scene and searched the word compared to almost 15 hours of the saga of Middle-earth that was there before him.

The film begins with melodrama The Desolation of Smaug ended with Smaug on the loose and eager to avenge Laketown. The idea of this wonderful, great dragon (mouth and promulgated by Benedict Cumberbatch) literally breathes fire on innocent people of the city was enough to feel the nostalgic excitement. But that did not last long, and Smaug is the beginning of the film. In a well-choreographed sequence, I might add.

From that moment the film begins a journey that sometimes tense times, frustrating and illogical, and many strongly reminiscent of the five films of the Earth above medium.

the film turns into a human Legolas above, flying birds, makes it extraordinary length jumps and climbs rocks falling from a bridge, like the rungs of a ladder. The decrease in literal cazafortunas Thorin's interesting, but it is quite similar to the lust of Frodo for power ring in the Lord of the Rings. How long is the final battle, is stylistically similar, but much lower than the corresponding previous sequences.

The film is sufficiently dark and gloomy, but focuses heavily on melodrama instead make the film worth the public. The final battle begins in a promissory note, but halfway through, completely suppressed the true battlefield and many characters in a different location for the sole purpose of creating an emotional drama of these characters to give more weight. Love, redemption is accomplished, armies and people and animals arrive just in time to save important characters. Despite the thousands killed in the battle, almost nobody dies of notoriety.

Despite her love for Peter Jackson and all the characters that we know so well, you can not help but feel a little disappointed with the result that the film. Jackson live and breathe in this world for the past 15 years. He probably sleeps in vegetables and chops armor with a sword in the house. He knows this world better than almost anyone, except perhaps JRR Tolkien. But the fact is that it does not say much, as evidenced by the meager performance of 144 minutes duration of the film, which is much shorter than all the films that came before him. There is simply not enough left for his characters, and ends the film to walk without purpose.

Jackson did everything to save the process, focusing on stories of love and friendship and parent-child relationships, but ends up taking the vapor film and other drops. Jackson and his fellow writers (including filmmaker Guillermo del Toro) are not able to get even more exciting adventures or tramp (so to speak) to obtain, instead of concentrating all the action and almost all of film around a square, the Lonely Mountains.

It does not help that no performance really stand out. Each plays its role, but no assignment. Martin Freeman as the eponymous Hobbit, with a much shorter time to reflect on this occasion. The same applies to Gandalf Ian McKellen, which sometimes seems to unconditionally ignored powerless advisor giving everything. Many characters, including Hugo Weaving Elrond, there is only the fact that the film is actually a prequel set of Lord of the Rings. Benedict Cumberbatch as Smaug is a fascinating time, but their role is of short duration.

Despite the inconsistencies of the film and many, many follies, you can not help but feel an emotional attachment to it, almost like the love of a mother for her son hesitantly. We have long passed into Middle-earth and had too much fun to reject completely the last descent of us in this mystical land. Although it's not quite the end you have imagined and deserved, is still worth the ticket price, except for the final farewell.
