Review:  In the United States in 1959 four and a half minutes parodies
dissemination "Peabody Improbable Story," the film is a father-son bonding
adventure movie mixed with history and travel.
From the stable of Rob Minkoff, who led rather "Stuart Little" and "The Lion King," "Mr. Peabody and Sherman" is a light film emotionally manipulative when a super-intelligent dog who takes a child speaks, appearance and training is the only way when significant events actually happened.
The first twenty minutes of the film explains how, through a previous judicial adoption between species, Mr. Peabody (Ty Burrell), a very intelligent dog, versatile father comes in Sherman human orphan (Max Charles).
It also concluded that Mr. Peabody a time machine, WABAC, pronounced "return" invented. He used this machine to educate your child through their own experiences on the historical events of recent years.
But the problems start when things start to school. Although this a bright and brilliant hateful tyrant, Chris Paterson (Ariel Winter) mocked. In retaliation for bullying, that bites. The problem worsens. Parents are called and a social worker, Miss Gruinion (Allison Janney) is on the case.
Inciting moment of the film is when Miss Gruinion ask, "What kind of parent can a dog to be a child"?
Coarse and brutal, continued the case for all the parental rights of Mr. Peabody Delete.
To set things right, Mr. Peabody invites Penny and her parents (Leslie Mann and Stephen Colbert) for dinner. Although Mr. Peabody to deal with parents, Sherman Preen end their differences with Penny.
In a moment of bidding, Sherman disobey his father and made use of the WABAC prove his point never know how George Washington to cut a cherry tree.
What follows is a series of adventures throughout history, from ancient Egypt with Penny married nine years, the tyrant King Tut (Zach Callison) and conducted by meetings with Leonardo Da Vinci (Stanley Tucci) and Agamemnon (Patrick Warburton) on the eve of the destruction of Troy, and the order of Marie Antoinette, among others.
Star voice cast precisely match the characters. Its modulation and intonation is versatile attractive characters. That further enhances the viewing experience, the spiritual dialogue. They are full of puns and punchlines abundance. The plot is balanced competition between jokes and gags contemporary children to adults.
There are a lot of light and heat in the background score and the number of "Beautiful Beautiful Boy" is well situated in the film.
Visual effects and 3D animation are good, but not exceptional. There is a balance in retro and modern design elements. Extraordinary leadership of characters with basic features and facial expressions are enhanced with lighting and super-rich colors. Loaded with the characters of the story, he would be able to Mahatma Gandhi one of the pictures to follow as well.
However, the film takes off on a promising premise, but ultimately disappointing saddle on a shelf. But still, it is a simple movie that will appeal to children and adults.
The film would strongly appeal to the smart kids, parents and dog lovers with a sense of humor.
