Review: The filmmakers certainly considered mass
today become addicted
horror! How can you explain two outputs back
to back horror
movies? While last week Neil Nitin Mukesh has not scare the public with
3G this week, we have the Bong babe Bipasha
Basu try their luck on one of the cooling moments with Atma of Suparn Varma. If this film
turns your stomach to ice or not we'll
find out.
If you've seen the promos of the movie you know most of the story. Maya (Bipasha Basu) is trying his daughter Nia (Doyel Dhawan) to save the spirit of his ruthless, abusing and threatening man Abhay (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and unconditional, almost bordering-on-obsession, love for his daughter death to take with him. Suparn Verma infuses elements of domestic violence in the horror movie starring Abhay it becomes an obsessive person possessive rage attacks that lead to violent attacks against his wife Maya. However, by combining their efforts hesitant horror human drama or intrigue, drama or ghost cold items. Instead, you end up with difficulty waiting for the film.
The films of directors like Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena acid plant and its name is also based on horror clichés elements for improved viewing experience cinema, but they knew almost everything about the story in the first minutes to the tension building just bore you to know what happens in time. There is a twist that also happens to be the highlight, but it is clear that the importance even lost.
The film show some good scenes, including domestic violence, or order of the first dream of the Maya, but they are very broken. The short duration of the film is another larger. Only 95 minutes, the film ends soon and not stretched like chewing gum!
In terms of action, Bipasha Basu, horror movie experienced expert covers almost instantly and remains the strongest player in the film. Actors like Shernaz Patel, Mohan Kapoor, Darshan Jariwala wasted. The very talented Nawazuddin Siddiqui seems like a complete outsider in the film, as his character of a rich and intelligent man does not suit his style of play.
In short, Atma or not deterred entertained. The lack of cooling times and thin slices of history completely ruin the chances of Atma.
